The cider house
A family cider tradition, revived in Somerset.
Bray’s traces its family cider story back to Abraham Bray in 1918. Adam Bray revived the tradition in Somerset in 2005, returning to rack-and-cloth principles and small-team production on the farm.
Today, Bray’s makes cider as naturally as possible, with apples sourced close to the farm and a focus on regenerative orchards, traditional methods and community.
