Wady’s Cider: lower-strength Somerset cider

Lower in strength. Full of Somerset cider character.

Wady’s makes cider at a lower ABV than many traditional Somerset producers, without stripping away the fruit, flavour and punch that make the region’s cider distinctive.

Orchard-led cider from the Somerset Levels.

Wady’s Cider is based at The Ark in Middlezoy, between Langport and Bridgwater. Its cider is shaped by apples grown in its own orchard and by the balance each variety brings to the final drink.

The result is cider designed to remain approachable in strength while still tasting unmistakably Somerset: fruity, structured and full of proper cider character.

All the flavour. A little less strength.

Lower-ABV cider can sometimes lose the body and intensity people expect from a traditional West Country pint. Wady’s takes a different approach, using orchard fruit and carefully balanced varieties to retain sweetness, acidity, tannin and depth.

  • Lower strength than many traditional Somerset ciders
  • Designed to keep its fruit, body and satisfying cider finish
  • Well suited to longer sessions and food-led venues
  • Still recognisably rooted in Somerset cider-making
